Many of my clients have found that the vast majority of Eau Claire Realtors are inflexible on their pricing. Most agents have the attitude of "nice to meet you, here's what I do, here's what I charge." Like my clients, I was frustrated by this, which is one of the reasons I started this business!

My Approach

I take a different approach. As Eau Claire's premier discount Realtor, I have a number of listing packages that range from a basic flat-fee MLS listing to full service, paid only when and if the home sells. Every one of my listing packages  exist because clients have requested them. If you have something else in mind, I'm all ears! My approach to real estate is to listen to each client, determine their goals, and help them to choose a listing package or buyer agency agreement that is a good fit for both of us.

Buyer Incentives

For buyers, I offer an incentive at closing if the buyer does a good job of pre-screening houses. If we only have to tour a few houses, I will rebate 1% of the purchase price to you at closing. See here for complete details and restrictions. At this time I am not aware of any other Realtor in the Eau Claire area offering such a deal.

Of course, I also encourage my buyer clients to tour as many homes with me as necessary until they are sure they are making the right decision.
