Eau Claire's Old Wells Road Neighborhood

Despite its name, the Old Wells Road neighborhood is one of Eau Claire's newest neighborhoods. It is located just north of Hwy 312/North Crossing along the Chippewa River at Old Wells Rd.
Most of the homes in the Old Wells Road neighborhood are less than 10 years old. Homes on the east side of Old Wells Road are waterfront property with water navigable by motorboat.
