Find your next home yourself and earn a 1% rebate!
Here's the concept:
- Real estate agents used to help you find the perfect property, but
- Most listings are now on the internet, and
- Most buyers use the internet to find their next home, so:
Why pay a real estate agent full price if you are already doing a good deal of the work?
The way I see it, you are making my job easier if you narrow
your search down to just a few properties you would like to tour. So if
I only need to show you 4 (or fewer) homes, and we make an offer on one
of those that is accepted, I will rebate 1% of the sale price of the home back to you at closing.
Here is the fine print:
- You must sign a buyer agency agreement
- The homes we tour must be listed in the MLS with a buyer agent commission offering of at least 2% (almost all homes in the MLS qualify)
- Properties listed through my listing company, Eau Claire By Owner, do not qualify because you can save even more by calling the owner directly!
- Offer valid only if we tour 4 or fewer homes.
- Your 1% incentive will be paid upon successful closing and commission payment made to Discount Realty Works LLC.
- Your 1% incentive may count as income for tax reporting purposes; check with a tax advisor.
